I am an educator, leader, and human-centered thinker who has spent the past thirty years in mission-focused institutions concerned with equipping young people and adults to participate in the transformation of the world. I am particularly interested in helping organizations center racial and social justice and helping faith-based institutions manage increasingly difficult religious ideologies.
At this stage in my career, I would love to help organizations seize opportunities, develop meaningful strategies, and drive often side-lined projects to completion. I have relationships in many spaces (education, technology, philanthropy, mental health, strategic consulting, human resources) to complement my experience in organizational leadership, program design, personnel management, and anti-racist/anti-bias best practices.
